Job Description:
Perform Physical Therapy procedures under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Performs all necessary documentation pertinent to patient care. Actively participates in department staff and student education programs. Identifies opportunities to improve quality and efficiency of rehab services.

Minimum Requirements:
Successful completion of clinical affiliations as required for completion of PTA curriculum. Graduate of Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the APTA required. Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant required. Must be able to provide safe, compassionate and competent physical therapy treatments. Must be able to communicate with patients, family and co-workers in a friendly and supportive manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant required. Current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required BLS certification required.

Licensure and Certifications:
