Beautiful Skylar was found locked in an abandoned house with her litter of young pups. No food or water for who knows how long, she was doing all she could to keep her babies fed. Thin and starved, when given food, she sat in the corner and let the puppies eat all they could and never tried to get any for herself. She has gained weight and looks so much better now! Due to her rough beginnings, its hard to guess her exact age but we think no older than 2 years old. Skylar is a laid back southern belle, loves everyone she meets, and pays no attention to cats. Good with other dogs and kids. Understandably, she isnt a fan of being crated, and to prove it, she has excellent manners in the house. She will sleep on the bed, though she likes to sleep in her foster moms closet. Content to just lay around and relax, she is looking forward to finding her forever home. Please show this lovely lady what the good life looks like, she will forever be grateful! Available after 8/25.
